Dreamz Media has announced all the details about the second season of the Global Offensive Champions League, featuring an increased prize pool of $50,000.

Just one month after the end of its inaugural GO:CL season, which saw Natus Vincere take home the first prize of $15,000, Dreamz Media has announced the second iteration of the tournament, which will kick off on Wednesday.

For season two, the number of participating teams has been expanded from 10 to 16, while the amount of money on offer has been increased from $30,000 to $50,000.

Na`Vi won the first season of GO:CL

The competition will kick off with a best-of-three, double-elimination group stage, with the top two sides advancing to the single-elimination playoffs. The grand final and the third-place decider will use a best-of-five format.
